1. How gifts are received
While payment gateways are being prepared for launch, gifts recorded on this website are pledges: you choose the amount, frequency, purpose and payment method, and the ministry sends you instructions to complete the gift yourself. You are never charged by this website directly.
2. Designated gifts
When you choose a purpose — education, feeding, healthcare, emergency support, community development or ministry programs — your gift is recorded against that purpose. If a designated need is fully met or becomes impossible to fulfill, the ministry redirects the gift to the closest related need and reports this honestly to donors where practicable.
3. Receipts and records
Every gift receives a unique reference, a receipt, and an internal record of its amount, purpose, method and status. Donors who give monthly receive regular statements. Anonymously flagged gifts are recorded without the donor's name in any public list or report.
4. Refunds and changes
If you believe a gift was made in error, contact the ministry as soon as possible. Refunds are considered case by case and depend on how the payment was completed; recurring gifts can be paused or cancelled at any time by contacting the ministry.
5. Reporting on use
The ministry publishes verified financial information — never invented figures — so donors can see how gifts are used. Financial reports will be published on the About page as the ministry supplies them.
